Returns Policy

OVERVIEW

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. You must obtain an RMA before you return your item.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the NEW condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

EXEMPTIONS

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including EMBROIDERED or PERSONALISED goods.

RETURNS

We have tried to make our return policy as easy as possible. 

You must request a return within 30 days of the items being shipped to you or collected by you – please do not return your item without being issued with a RMA Code (Return Merchandise Authorisation). Returns must be posted back to Boston Anorak within 7 days of receiving your RMA. 

You must pay for the items to be returned using Royal Mail Tracked postage service as if we do not receive the items we will not be able to refund you. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage for returning a product during shipment.

Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging and in new condition. Boston Anorak may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging.

If a product is deemed unfit for return, Boston Anorak will notify you that no refund will be issued to the customer. You can then choose to have the product returned to you at a cost of £10 shipping or the item will be recycled. If you do not inform Boston Anorak that you wish to have the item back within 14 days we will recycle the products.

Return Shipping – You are responsible for the cost of the return postage. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage returning a product during shipment.
